Prieš pradėdamas naudotis programa teikiamomis paslaugomis vartotojas turi užregistruoti savo mobiliojo telefono numerį Kelių transporto priemonių registravimo elektroninėje sistemoje (eKETRIS)
https://www.eregitra.eu/eketris-web/; (Nustatymai > Naudotojo nustatymai > Kontaktiniai duomenys).
Naudojantis programa galima paskelbti apie transporto priemonės valstybinio registracijos numerio ženklo (-ų), transporto priemonės registracijos liudijimo praradimą ar atgavimą. Informacija yra įrašoma į Lietuvos Respublikos kelių transporto priemonių registrą, taip pat perduodama į Ieškomų transporto priemonių registrą. Programa galima pranešti kitos transporto priemonės valdytojui (kurio mobiliojo telefono numeris yra registruotas eKETRIS ir kuris yra davęs sutikimą gauti pranešimus) apie jo transporto priemonės trukdymą viešajam eismui ar eismo įvykį.
