You’ll start by completing the Aspiration Finder to find out what type of physical activity you’re most interested in. Based on that result, you can choose classes and programs at the Reh-Fit that match.
Train with the Reh-Fit Centre app, collect MOVEs, and get more and more active every day. MOVEs measure movement. For example, running for 10 minutes at low intensity accumulates about 200 MOVEs. Moreover, MOVEs are independent of your body weight, so they are a better way of comparing your activity levels with that of your friends. You can log MOVEs manually our app or sync with other apps and active wearable technology.
