ONE. Jeden zákazník. Jeden trh. Jeden obchod.

Lidé se nedělí na analogové a digitální, existuje jen „jeden člověk - jeden zákazník“. Ten chce komunikovat a nakupovat s využitím všech možností, které mu nabízí dnešní digitální doba. Přitom však není připraven zahodit vše dobré, tradiční.

Výrobci a obchodníci tvoří „jeden trh“, obsluhují jednoho společného zákazníka, což vyžaduje jejich spolupráci. Jsme součástí jednotného trhu EU, který přináší řadu příležitostí. EU navíc buduje jednotný digitální trh a otevírá tak nové možnosti pro výrobu, obchod a hlavně spotřebitele.

Mizí hranice mezi kamenným a internetovým obchodem, zákazníci je nechtějí. Budoucností je „jeden obchod“ obsluhující zákazníky se znalostí jejich potřeb v dané nákupní situaci, ve všech prodejních kanálech. ONE. One customer. One market. One store.

Producers and traders form a "single market", serve a common customer, which requires their cooperation. We are part of the EU single market, which brings a number of opportunities. Moreover, the EU is building a digital single market and opens new opportunities for production, trade and especially consumers.

Disappearing boundaries between stone and online store, customers do not want them. Future is "one shop" serving the customers with the knowledge of their needs in the shopping situation in all sales channels.
