Rhythm visualization for rowing and any sports

Ratio - stroke/recovery = 1:x. Example: you need ratio 1:3 - Input "3" into the "ratio" field
I'm a rowing coach, I work with children a lot, and I see they have a lot of troubles with the rhythm of rowing. I hope this app will help both young oarsmen and coaches.
3 stages of recovery (blue squares) you may fill with your own patterns.
i use such a circuit: 1 stage - straight arms, 2- half of slide, 3- full slide.
