For the last 3 years, all of us at ringtext have taken pride in offering the free version of our ringtext messenger. What was originally a product built for a small group of users has blossomed into an exciting technology used by 20.000 people around the world.

There is a danger to a free infrastructure and over the years, we have seen mixed results from our freemium model. We have seen an increase in abuse and a portion of users violating our trust, so we felt closing this down was the most responsible action we could take. That is why with mixed emotions we announced the end of that free messaging service today, officially turning down on June 6th 2015.

Over this past year, we've focused efforts on building www.SmartphoneConsole.com and www.CallLog.mobi and will continue investing in this area.
