The Rise Nation experience is an intensive, 30 minute, full-body workout that simulates primal climbing movements, using a machine called a Versaclimber. Because the human body is conditioned to move in this way, the workout is a lot safer than other leading workouts on the market, which tend to focus more on targeting specific areas of the body. When you Rise, you are not only working your anterior muscles (front part of the body), but also your posterior muscles (back part of the body), which is crucial for preventing back injuries.
Rise Nation founder and renowned LA trainer, Jason Walsh, established the workout in an effort to counter the injuries that his clients were frequently sustaining from some of the other leading workouts. Jason’s vision was to provide people with a workout that was not only effective, but also efficient and safe.
