Setup Bluetooth Smart NFC reader via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
This app REQUIRES the idChamp Bluetooth Smart (BLE) NFC reader/scanner with firmware 2.0 on Android 4.4 or later (with working BLE stack)

Quickly and easily change settings.

Settings are stored in RS3 unit flash memory so settings are persistent.
