How to use:

Set on the application the area where you are going to run (placing markers with a long press on the map) and the time of the race. Choose the person alert and the alert mode.
When you start your run, start the application. Once you have initiated a check of your location is done every minute. If you are no longer in the zone, an alert is automatically sent to the person to be alerted. You can also send this alert with one click and / or sound an alarm with the alarm button on a widget.
When you finish your run, turn off the application.
