Rusia 2018 Calendario

Cada vez falta menos para la Copa del Mundo de Rusia que comenzará el 14 de junio del 2018 y tras realizarse el sorteo de la fase de grupos, cada selección ya conoce a sus rivales y sedes para sus primeros partidos.

A diferencia de Brasil 2014, todo indica que en Rusia habrá muchos menos problemas de organización. A casi cinco meses, todos los estadios están terminados o a punto de completarse.

La Copa Mundial de la FIFA Rusia 2018 será la XXI edición de la Copa Mundial de Fútbol.

Esta edición del evento se realizará en Rusia entre el 14 de junio y el 15 de julio de 2018, siendo la primera oportunidad en que dicho país organiza el campeonato y la primera vez en la historia que se celebre en un país de Europa Oriental.

Rusia confirmó 12 estadios en 11 ciudades: Ekaterimburgo, Kaliningrado, Kazán, Krasnodar, Moscú, Nizhni Nóvgorod, Rostov del Don, San Petersburgo, Samara, Sochi, Volgogrado y Saransk, las cuales albergarán los 64 partidos de la Copa Mundial.

MASCOTA OFICIAL
Zabivaka es la mascota del Mundial Rusia 2018. Se trata de un simpático lobo que le ganó de mano a un tigre y un gato.

Todas las creaciones se basaron en los aportes de los 51.000 jóvenes rusos que participaron en una encuesta por Internet, donde eligieron sus características preferidas para la mascota oficial, en un viaje creativo que empezó en mayo de 2015.


GRUPOS - CALENDARIO
La fase de grupos dará comienzo el 14 de junio de 2018 , día que Rusia debutará en su Mundial ante Arabia Saudita, y finalizará el 28 del mismo mes.

Los octavos de final empezarán dos días después y se prolongarán durante cuatro días, del día 30 de junio hasta el 3 de julio.

Los cuartos de final se disputarán entre los días 6 y 7 de julio, las semifinales los días 10 y 11 del mismo mes, y la cita mundialista acabará el 15 de julio con la gran final .

La final del Mundial Rusia 2018 se jugará el domingo 15 de julio, a las 23 de España (18 de Argentina y Chile; 14 de Colombia y México). El encuentro se disputará en el Estadio Olímpico Luzhnikí, en Moscú, con capacidad para 81.000 personas y una de las doce canchas en las que se jugará el torneo.


BALON OFICIAL
El Telstar 18 es obra de Adidas, multinacional encargada de distribuir los balones del Mundial desde el año 1970. Este modelo es, precisamente, un guiño a aquel primer balón del Mundial de 1970 celebrado en México, que también se llamaba Telstar.

Zabivaka is the mascot of the World 2018. Russia is a friendly wolf beat her to a tiger and a cat.

All creations were based on input from 51,000 young Russians who participated in an online survey where they chose their preferred features for the official mascot, on a creative journey that began in May 2015.

 
GROUPS - SCHEDULE
The group stage will begin on June 14, 2018, the day Russia in its World debut against Saudi Arabia, and end on 28 March.

Knockout they begin two days later and will last for four days from June 30 to July 3.

The quarterfinals will be played between 6 and 7 July, the semifinals on 10th and 11th September, and the finals will end on July 15 with the final.

Russia's 2018 World Cup final on Sunday July 15, will be played at 23 of Spain (18 of Argentina and Chile, Colombia and Mexico 14). The meeting will be held at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow, with capacity for 81,000 people and one of the twelve courts where the tournament will be played.

Telstar 18 is the work of Adidas, multinational responsible for distributing footballs World since 1970. This model is precisely a nod to that first ball of the 1970 World Cup held in Mexico, which is also called Telstar.
