We understand that sports nutrition is one of the biggest variables when it comes to success on your journey. That's why each Savage Coach is a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist & will provide complete top to bottom nutritional guidance.

TRAINING
Each fitness goal is unique in a multitude of ways, & that's exactly why we ARE NOT fans of cookie cutter programs. Your assigned Savage Coach will work with you directly to assure adjustments are made all along the way to get the most out of your specific training program. We want each client to have a tailored system that fits their particular needs.

PROGRESS TRACKING
Keeping track of your progress is one of the key missing components in so many training programs. The only way to assure you are not plateauing & continuing to see progress along the way, is to see those data points. Each & every set, rep, & weight you use will be logged for future tracking. In addition linking with MyFitness Pal & FitBit will allow us to see physical progress tracking such as weight, BF%, & nutritional adherence.
