Bijzonder aan Second Luxury als veilingsite is dat er geen rechtstreeks contact is tussen onze gebruikers. Ook niet wanneer er een koop of verkoop tot stand komt. BIEDEN OP MERKARTIKELEN
Een artikel staat twee weken tegen een vaste prijs in de app. Bent u geïnteresseerd? Dan kunt u tijdens deze twee weken een bod uitbrengen. Misschien wilt u het artikel direct kopen. u kan dan de actuele prijs bieden. Het artikel is na betaling meteen uw eigendom. Vanzelfsprekend kunt u ook een bod uitbrengen dat lager is dan de actuele prijs. Via mail houden wij u desgewenst op de hoogte van andere biedingen op het betreffende product. Zo weet u altijd meteen of u ‘overboden’ bent. Matcht het hoogste bod na veertien dagen niet met de actuele vraagprijs? Dan gaat onze veilingklok lopen.
DE VEILINGKLOK
De veilingklok werkt via een uniek principe. Binnen 48 uur telt de actuele prijs terug naar het hoogst uitgebrachte bod, dan wel naar de minimale vraagprijs. Biedt u de actuele vraagprijs? Dan bent u de eigenaar van het second hand product. Wanneer er binnen de 48 veilinguren niemand de actuele prijs biedt, is degene met het hoogste bod - vanaf de minimale vraagprijs - de gelukkige eigenaar.
Wordt uw artikel onverhoopt niet verkocht? Dan plaatst Second Luxury het artikel op de aanbiedingen-pagina van de site. Het artikel wordt één maand getoond op deze aanbiedingenpagina tegen een vaste, vooraf afgesproken prijs.
VEILINGVOORWAARDEN
Second Luxury waardeert uw belangstelling voor en deelname aan onze veilingen. Wij verzoeken u vooraf onze veilingvoorwaarden door te lezen. Aan het kopen en verkopen van luxe tweedehands artikelen
via Second Luxury zijn (veiling)kosten verbonden. Wanneer u een bod plaatst, rekent de website het totaalbedrag van uw bod uit (inclusief de veilingkosten en BTW). Pas nadat u het bedrag heeft
goedgekeurd, wordt uw bod daadwerkelijk uitgebracht. Wij willen u er nadrukkelijk op wijzen dat een eenmaal geplaatst bod bindend is. Met de verkopende partij bespreken we vooraf welke kosten er aan
onze online veilingen verbonden zijn. Zo weet iedereen precies waar men aan toe is.

BIDDING ON CONTRACT GOODS
One article states two weeks at a fixed price in the app. Are you interested? Then you can make a bid during these two weeks. You may wish to buy the item. You can then provide the actual price. The article is immediately after payment your property. Of course you can also make a bid that is lower than the current price. By mail, we can choose to keep informed of other bids on the product. So you always know right away if you're outbid. The highest bid after a fortnight does not match the current asking price? Then our auction clock running.
AUCTION CLOCK
The auction clock works through a unique principle. Within 48 hours, counting the current price back to the highest bid cast, or at the minimum asking price. Do you offer the asking price? Then you are the owner of the second hand product. If no one offers the actual price within 48 hours of auction is the one with the highest bid - from the minimum asking price - the lucky owner.
If your article is unfortunately not sold? Then Second Luxury place the article on the offers page of the site. The article is one month shown on this listing at an agreed fixed price.
AUCTION TERMS
Second Luxury appreciates your interest and participation in our auctions. We ask you in advance to read our auction. Conditions To buying and selling second-hand luxury items via Second Luxury are
(auction) costs. When you place a bid, the website calculates the total amount of your bid (including auction fees and VAT). Only after you have approved the amount of your bid is actually released.
We would like to stress that once placed bids are binding. With the vendor, we discuss what costs are associated with our online auctions in advance. So everybody knows exactly where they stand.
