SecureOTP Androidライセンス契約
利用者が本アプリをダウンロードした場合、自ら署名した他の契約書と同様、利用者が本契約を扠認したものと看做します。利用者が本契約の規定に同意しない場合は、本アプリダウンロードサイト上の [同意しない] ボ゠ンをクリックすることが、利用者が本契約不扠認の意思表示の要件となります。
1.ライセンスの許諾
利用者が本サービスに関わる所定の料金を当社に対して支払い、本契約の規定を遵守することを条件に、当社は利用者に対し、利用者の所有または管理する特定の1台の機器において、本アプリを個人的、非営利的に你用する非排他的、譲渡不可のライセンスを許諾するものとします。
2.有効期間

本アプリの所有やインストール、または你用などにより、知的財産権に関する権利が当社から利用者に譲渡されるものではありません。利用者はさらに、本契約に明示的に規定されていない限り、本アプリのいかなる権利も取得するものではありません。
5.アップデート
本契約は、利用者がダウンロードした際の本アプリのバージョンに限定されています。
別途契約が締結されているか、明示されている場合を除き、アップデートバージョンの入手は有償となります。
6.禁止事項
利用者は本アプリを、有償または無償を問わず、販売、リース、ライセンス、レン゠ル、貸与、または譲渡することはできません。
利用者は、本アプリの複製、リバース エンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブルすることはできません。
利用者は、本アプリの一部または全部を䠮正し、または本アプリに基づく二次的著作物を創作することはできません。
本契約に明示的に記載されていない全ての権利は、当社が䠝有するものとします。

7.限定責任
