אפליקציית SeeMe הינה אפליקציה חינמית שמאפשרת הצגת מדיה (GIF,וידיאו, סאונד, תמונה) של השולח טרם חיוג השיחה לנמען תוך שימוש בחייגן הסלולר של השולח (מי שמחייג) .
מטרת האפליקציה לאפשר לכל אדם פרטי: ילד/נוער/מבוגר/בעל עסק, לשלוח מדיה פרטית שהוא יצר או מדיה נבחרת מתוך גלריית האפליקציה, כשעשוע, ככרטיס ביקור, כהודעה, כפרסומת וכו' אל השולח או אל קבוצת נמענים למטרות שעשוע או למטרות עסקיות, מסחריות (פרסום).
האפליקציה מחוברת אל חייגן הטלפון של המשתמש ומאפשרת לחייג אל רשימת אנשי הקשר של המשתמש ולבחור באופן יזום את המדיה שאותה הוא מעוניין לשלוח: ככרטיס ביקור או כמדיה לשעשוע או לצורכי מסחר.
לצרכי השימוש באפליקציה יש להתקינה בשני נקודות הקצה: השולח ומקבל השיחה. SeeMe application is a free application that enables viewing media (GIFs, video, sound, image) of the sender has not yet been dialing the call recipient using the sender's mobile dialer (who dials).
