Señor mío Jesucristo.
Señor mío, Jesucristo,
Dios y Hombre verdadero, Creador, Padre y Redentor mío,
por ser Vos quien sois y porque os amo sobre todas las cosas,
me pesa de todo corazón haberos ofendido;
propongo firmemente nunca más pecar,
apartarme de todas las ocasiones de ofenderos,
confesarme y, cumplir la penitencia que me fuera impuesta.

Ofrezco, Señor, mi vida, obras y trabajos,
en satisfacción de todos mis pecados, y, así como lo suplico, así confío en vuestra bondad y misericordia infinita,
que los perdonareis, por los méritos de vuestra preciosísima sangre, pasión y muerte, y me daréis gracia para enmendarme, y perseverar en vuestro santo amor y servicio,
hasta el fin de mi vida.

Vos for being who you are and because I love above all things,
I regret having offended Thee all heart;
firmly resolve never to sin,
get away from all occasions to offend,
confession and penance that was imposed on me.

Offer, Lord, my life, works and works,
in satisfaction of all my sins, and I beg and I trust in your goodness and infinite mercy,
forgive that, by the merits of your precious blood, passion and death, and you will give me grace to mend my ways, and persevere in your holy love and service,
until the end of my life.
