With serviceAssist, you can in many cases - without the direct assistance of a HOMAG service employee - prevent possible machine malfunctions or remedy them yourself.

As soon as serviceAssist detects unusual changes on a machine or a malfunction occurs, you receive the information via a short push notification. You can then display appropriate and proven suggested solutions in the app - with details of the implementation time involved and the likelihood of the solution eliminating the problem. To provide this service, serviceAssist has access to a large pool of experience and information, which is growing continuously.

• Your machine is tapio-connected

• serviceAssist license is assigned to the desired machine in your tapio customer account
