As soon as you select your ailment from the drop down list, you will be presented with symptoms that will help you decide whether or not you are suffering from the same illness.
If the disease selected has symptoms just like yours, you can go ahead and check the list of Do’s and Don’ts in terms of food items. We recommend you to start eating the food suggested by the list ‘What to Eat’ and completely avoid the items listed under ‘Not to Eat’.
