Feather River College SIFE is committed to the stimulation of rural economic development by empowering entrepreneurs through the use of modern technology in order to compete in the 21st century marketplace. Being part of one of the smallest counties in California, who has struggled to sustain itself, we identified the importance of focusing our efforts locally to rebuild our economically depressed community from the ground up. In doing so, we have been able to effectively empower individuals with the knowledge of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, personal success skills, and environmental sustainability.
