How to use
When you press the “Start” button, the counter automatically increases the number every 30 seconds. At that moment, you have to do a sit-up. Whenever 30 seconds have passed, you keep adding the sit-ups. As soon as the app gets started, you do the first sit-up. In 30 seconds, you do the second sit-up. You can be ready to do sit-ups because the voice announcement occurs every 30 seconds (five, four, three, two, go ~).
