Monitor your sleep using wearables attached to your phone. Access your results on-line with a Web-Browser using your Google+ user and password to SignIn.

The SleepApp FREE allows you to see how much you snored on a given night and how the snores are distributed over night each hour. Then you can compare these values with previous nights by clicking the "Historical results" TAB on the Website. Please note that THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE OR MEDICAL SOFTWARE.

Instructions

1.- Install SleepApp FREE on your SmartPhone
2.- Start SleepApp on your SmartPhone. You will be prompted to select a Google+ Account. Please do so. (you will not be connected to the cloud yet, however the App needs to know that you have a user and that's why)

If you want to watch your data in real-time* do the following:

3.- Click on the SignIn icon. A message telling you that data is about to be uploaded will prompt. Select yes to allow data to be uploaded to your account.
4.- After less than five seconds you will be connected to the cloud. You will see how a counter on the upper right side of the screen tells how much quota you have. Note that the first time you start SleepApp you only have 20 minutes of quota. Please request hours of FREE quota at http://www.sleepapp.de

At this point your data is available to be watched on a Web-Browser. To wach your data in a Web-Browser do the following:

5.- Go to http://www.sleepapp.de and select the red icon "sign in with Google+". You will be taken to the SleepApp frontend screen.
6.- Sign In with the same user and password that you did on your SleepApp application. You will be asked wheater you allow SleepApp to access your account. Go ahead. We are not taking your password, we just need to know who are you to show you your data.
7.- Once you are in, you will see your data. You can simulate a snore and you will see how the graphics show it on your Web-Browser. The same happens when you move the watch, your movements will be recorded on the screen.

Go to sleep and wait until the next day for results.
