Sleep Tight has been developed by World Champion freediver Peter Pedersen who has gained his experiences from relaxation techniques and several methods of meditation. One of these methods are the buddhistic way of meditation which is a corner stone in Mindfullness.
You will be guided in a simple and easy comprehendible way so that you will be able to maintain focus instead of being disturbed by unwanted thoughts.
The guidance will take 17 minutes but you will most likely have fallen asleep way before!
Be sure that you are not disturbed by your smart phone while using this app, so turn down the volume and vibrations. You can either use the speakers in your phone or a headset, but be sure to keep the volume as low as possible.
