I've been involved in sports & fitness from a young age but truly found a passion for it when I was 12 starting kickboxing, from there moving into boxing, MMA & BJJ. I decided I wanted to pursue a career in fitness so I did a 4 year Honours B.Sc in Sports Science & Exercise Physiology, graduating in 2015, along with numerous other certifications

I've dabbled in many different training modalities along my path, from gymnastics to powerlifting and have trained a large array of clients, from elite athletes to average Joes just looking to shed a few lbs.

I am dedicated to passing on what I've learned to others, showing them how to put it all together in the hope that I might help them avoid mistakes I have made in the past. I'm learning more all the time, the journey never ends!
