Smozzy Beta APPLICATION description
Get the web, without the data plan!
Smozzy Beta lets you use your T-Mobile* unlimited messaging plan to browse the web. No data plan required!
It works just like your Android phone's built-in browser, but the content is requested and delivered entirely via the text messages (SMS and MMS) included with your unlimited messaging plan.
NOTE: This app currently works with U.S. T-MOBILE SERVICE ONLY. This application may send and receive a large number of messages, so use of it without an unlimited messaging plan is NOT recommended. It is currently in beta, and has been tested only on Nexus S and HTC G2 devices.
Please send any feedback to [email protected].
*Update (9/18/2011): Smozzy has been updated with EXPERIMENTAL support for AT&T and Sprint customers, and COMPLETELY UNTESTED support for Verizon, Virgin, Cricket, Straight Talk, US Cellular, Viaero. Support for all of these networks is likely to be buggier than support for T-Mobile, and for many of them will likely not work at all. Send feedback to [email protected].
