If the other party does not use a smart phone, still they can use the application in feature phones.
No background services, so no battery drain.
What I can do with this application
You can create a private SMS chat room to chat with your lover, the best friend or anyone at your choice who send a lot of messages with.
You can only chat using SMS with a person who you already know. This is not an application to find people or friends.
How to use the SMS Chat application
When you open the app for the first time you will be asked to selected the language you prefer.
Then you can register for the sms chat service in the home page first screen.
Once you register, you will be taken to the next screen so that you can set your name which will be seen to the other person you chat with.
Then you can create a private chat room and give that name to the other person too for joining to that room.
You should ask other person you want to chat with also to download this application and register and then set the name. Once he/she set the name he/she can skip the create room page and go to join room page. There he/she should give the room name you just created.
Then you two are connected.
Then both of you can send SMS to each other using this Chat service.
You will receive SMS from the other person through 77100 short number.
You can also send SMS to the other person through 77100 as ChatYourMessage.
