SpeakMessage is the app for you, it reads out your text messages as you receive them, and gives you the option to reply from within the app! Using SpeakMessage is easy! Simply leave the app open and wait until you receive a text message. The message will be read out, and to reply all you need to do is type your message into the text box, and click send!
