# Who is the SteuerCaptain suitable for?

At the moment the SteuerCaptain offers the so called 'Vereinfachten Steuererklärung für Arbeitnehmer' (simplified tax return for employees). You can submit a simplified tax return if you were not married during the past year and your income did only consist of regular employee's wages or wage compensations (e.g. parental allowance, unemployment compensation, maternity allowance). Perfect for workers and students. For any other cases, unfortunately, you have to file a larger tax return.
