Customised training programmes with high quality video demonstrations, example meal plans, recipe files and food tracker which will calculate daily calorie and macro intake if thats what you require. You will be able to log your workouts and nutrition which will automatically notify me and keep you accountable. You will also be able to contact me via the app for any questions that you may have. Upload progress photos and measurements and have me checking in on you every step of the way on your journey.
