STOCK CUE APPLICATION description

STOCK CUE is a unique standalone study calculator that shows the 'Near Term' Probable Reaction Points as a RESISTANCE on one side and as a SUPPORT on the other side for the Current Market Price (CMP) of a Stock under Normal Conditions and Circumstances. The CMP is obtained from the Price Charts of stocks that can be got from the web link under QUOTES. If one side stands for a probable Target Price, the other side stands for a probable Stop Loss Price according to the Selected Market’s Direction. When Reaction Points are reached or crossed over, a fresh CMP input will show a new set of Near Term Probable Reaction Points. Also STOCK CUE works out Returns on Investment (ROI) on the difference between the COST@ENTRY and the CMP until the COST@ENTRY is changed.

Position Sizing (ONLY FOR CASH MARKET STOCKS): STOCK CUE displays the required Quantity of stocks to order in respective Directions (Long or Short) accounting for the Risk input based on entries for CAPITAL, RISK% & COST@ENTRY. Also, STOCK CUE warns the user (with a red box) when the ROI crosses the Risk Amount that has been committed to by the user. Only the following: MARKET, Web Link, CAPITAL, RISK%, COST @ ENTRY & CMP are the user inputs to the calculator. STOCK CUE can be tested for Cash & Derivatives in Stocks, Commodities and FOREX Markets. For FOREX the CMP input has to be the 4 Digit Decimal Number entered as a Whole Number. Also for any instrument that trades in decimal values to be treated the same way.

STOCK CUE allows the user to access select Markets Worldwide to get Real Time Data. Stock Cue alerts the user when the Committed RISK AMOUNT is exceeded, in addition to suggesting reasonable ‘Position Sizing’ and indicating the Return on Investment going Long or Short.

STOCK CUE IS FOR STUDY PURPOSES ONLY.

Easy Steps: 1) Basic Setting: Fill in the CAPITAL per Trade and the RISK % and get the RISK AMOUNT set for the Trade. 2) Choose a MARKET from the drop down box and go to the market’s web site through the hyperlink next to Web Link. 3) On studying Price Charts in the web site, choose the Current Market Price (CMP) of a stock. 4) If the CMP is the desired Purchase Price, Return and Fill in the CMP in the COST@ENTRY box and the CMP box, and STOCK CUE will show the recommended quantity of stocks to order for going Long or Short. This process suggests the Price and Quantity to be used to place an order for a Trade. To get the right Quantities for going Long or Short, make sure the COST@ENTRY and CMP entries are the same. 5) Observe the SUPPORT and RESISTANCE prices on either side of the CMP box based on Normal Conditions and Circumstances. According to the Direction (Long or Short) chosen for the Trade, observe one side for a Target Price, and the other side for a Stop Loss Price. As and when the CMP crosses over either SUPPORT or RESISTANCE Prices, reenter a Fresh CMP to get a Fresh set of Prices on Both Sides. The Original Cost entered in COST@ENTRY remains the same. 6) The RETURNS Console keeps Updating Returns on Investment (ROIs) as and when a Fresh Entry is made in the CMP Box. When the Negative Return crosses the preset RISK AMOUNT, STOCK CUE alerts the user with a Red Box for a timely exit from the Trade for Capital Protection. 7) You exit from a Trade and enter a new Trade by inputting a New Entry in the COST@ENTRY box along with a corresponding update of the CMP box.

Rule No 1: Protect the Capital. Rule No 2: Follow Rule No 1.
