The Lagree Method combines strength, endurance, core, cardio and flexibility training into an intense 50-minute exercise experience. The Lagree Method boasts the patented and state of the art Megaformer machine that takes the workout to the next level. Additionally, at select locations, we offer the Studio Spin Method which is technical based indoor cycling designed to push you to your limits all while enhancing your form and technique. The Studio Spin Method is performance-based and results-driven. With optimal speed and resistance combinations, our form-focused, streamlined workout is more efficient and yields stronger results. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner taking your first class, you will be challenged and motivated.
In both workouts we engage our riders with fun music, motivating instructors, and an endorphin rush that lasts well beyond the studio.
