Dyma'r meysydd lle mae ymyriadau yn fwyaf effeithiol o ran gwella cyfleoedd bywyd unigolion a chryfhau’r cymunedau lle maent yn byw.

These are the areas where interventions are most effective in improving life chances of individuals & strengthening the communities in which they live.
