Airwrite “नठताइ” to Succeed! It is a 10 Mins Daily Meditation for Empowerment, Fortune, Health, Peace, Love, and Joy.

The Nitai “नठताइ” Mantra

“नठताइ”, or “Nitai”, is one of the most powerful and universal mantra in creation. “Ni” means; “Attract Nature’s Energies”. “Tai” implies; “To Empower Yourself”. “Ni”, is “Bliss”, and “Tai” means; “Is Yours”. “Ni” activates your left nostril and right brain. “Tai” opens up your right nostril and left brain. Rejuvenate your body and mind by Success Writing now! Eradicate stress and depression forever.

Nitai Syllables and Pronuciation

Na न + ee ठ + ta त + aa ा + ee इ

“Ni” is pronounced like the way “ni” is pronounced in the word “omni”. “Tai” is pronounced like the full word “tie”, but with the “t” pronounced in a different manner like in Spanish, by touching the tip of the tongue on the back of the top front teeth, instead of curling up to touch the palate.

Success Writing Meditation
(Around 10 mins)

1. Nitai Breathing
(Do the Preparation 30 times)

We normally breathe through both nostrils, one at a time. However, every person has one weak nostril; it is the one from which you breathe less throughout the day, and breathing from it will not be as deep as the other side. If your weak nostril is the left one, then your right brain is not functioning to its full capacity and vice versa. Find out which of your nostrils is the weaker one by closing each nostril and breathing deeply through the other. The one through which you consistently breathe less deeply, irrespective of which nostril you are currently breathing from, is your weaker nostril. You will not need to do this test again, as our weak nostril does not normally change.

After determining your weak nostril, close your strong nostril with your thumb or finger, depending on which side it’s on. Inhale deeply through your weak nostril, expanding your lungs, and filling your chest with air. Then, exhale deeply through the same weak nostril, without opening the strong nostril. Repeat this 30 times.

2. Nitai Airwriting
(Do the Technique 30 times)

Write the ten strokes of the empowering Sanskrit Mantra “नठताइ” one by one in the air. Airwrite each stroke with your forefinger, using big movements, in the sequence shown below. As you write each stroke, visualize every part of it as clearly as you can in your mind with closed eyes, or in the air with open eyes, trying to maintain its constant visual image in your mind’s eye. Continue until you have written “नठताइ” 30 times in the air. If needed, you may rest your elbow on a steady surface while writing.

3. Nitai Hearing
(Optional but Recommended)

While it is not mandatory, listening to specifically a Nitai Mantra music track in the background via speakers or earphones, while practicing 1 and 2, helps to unleash the full power of Success Writing.

Do It More

If it improves your life, you may repeat this easy 10 mins cycle of Success Writing as many times in a day as you want. The more you do it, the faster you will gain. Do it as per your comfort and ease though, without straining yourself. There are no harmful side-effects at all as it is normal deep breathing, airwriting, and hearing. You can also sing or intone the “Nitai” Mantra at other times in the day but don’t sing during Success Writing. Success Writing will only work with the Nitai “नठताइ” Mantra.
