Three local activity groups formed under similar working activities - they work near Lithuanian border where big unemployment rate, low income, big distance from main Lithuanian cities - that's why territory inconvenient for various development ideas. For that reason group had project "Informational partnership formation" which is funded under Rural Development Programme 2007-2013. measure "Inter-territorial and international cooperation".
