These policies and protocols apply to EMT-Basic, EMT-Advanced, EMT-Intermediate and EMT-Paramedics with current certifications approved by Sullivan County Community Hospital associated with the services affiliated with Sullivan County Community Hospital as a sponsoring hospital. These services are Sullivan County Ambulance Service, Sullivan Fire Department Ambulance as Advanced Life Support Services, and Carlisle Ambulance Service as Basic Life Support Unit certified to use Advanced EMT’s.

These protocols and guidelines also apply to Basic EMT’s and First Responders utilized by Basic Life Support Units and First Responder Non-transport Units under the medical direction of Dr. Gene Bourgasser;

Carlisle Lions Ambulance Service (SCAT-4), Dugger Fire and Rescue Fairbanks Fire and Rescue, Gill Township Fire and Rescue, Hoosier Energy Rescue, Hymera Emergency Rescue Team (SCAT-6), Shelburn Fire and Rescue, Sullivan County Ambulance Service, Sullivan Fire Department, Thunderbird Fire and Rescue, Turman Township Fire and Rescue.
