Game Rules
Callbreak game can be played 1-on-1 or with 4 players on a table with a standard deck of 52 playing cards, the game has 2 or 4 rounds of the deal. Spades are always the trump. The dealer gives 13 cards to each player. At the beginning of the game, players will bid on how many card hands they will win. This game is about winning a maximum number of hands but also breaking other people’s bids. This is called call breaking.
Callbreak Game Play:
In Callbreak, Spades are invariably considered the Trump Cards. The Trump Cards have the highest value in the game. They can defeat cards of any value of other suits.
In each trick, the player must follow the same suit; if unable, the player must play a trump card if eligible to win; if unable, the player can play any card of their choice.
Player must always try to win the trick; in other words, the player must play the higher cards possible.
The game flows in the anti-clockwise direction. A trick containing a spade is won by the highest spade played; if no spade is played, the trick is won by the highest card of the same suit.
4 players playing - All 52 cards are used. 13 cards each are distributed to all of the 4 players.
2 Players playing - 26 random cards are used. 13 cards each are distributed to both of the 2 players.
Callbreak Result Calculation:
After every round points will be calculated and once all rounds are completed player with the highest total of points accumulated in every round will be the winner.
