Am Anfang war ich äußerst skeptsich. Süßen mit Stevia?
Als passionierte Hobbybäckerin hatte ich eher das Gefühl, ich würde meine bewährten Rezepte womöglich verderben, anstatt zu verbessern.
Doch da alle gerne Kuchen essen und fast täglich gebacken wird, warum nicht einfach mal eine gesündere Alternative zu Zucker ausprobieren?
Der Mut wurde belohnt. Bis jetzt hat uns noch jeder Kuchen geschmeckt, die besten Rezepte werden hier vorgestellt. Ich wünsche viel Spaß beim Nachbacken und natürlich auch beim Essen.

Mit dabei sind auch ein paar Eis-Rezepte, denn stevia habe ich im Sommer für uns zum ersten Mal entdeckt. Und an den warmen Tagen läuft bei uns die Eismaschine heiß.

Included are also a few ice cream recipes, stevia because I have discovered in the summer for us for the first time. And on warm days, the ice machine is running hot with us.
