Sustainability Hub è l'applicazione che ti guida nell'esperienza del primo Hub milanese dedicato alla Sostenibilità, e al riutilizzo delle risorse per un'economia circolare. Promosso da Novamont e
Lavazza, durante la Design Week milanese e per tutto il periodo di EXPO, il Sustainability Hub - che inaugura il 13 aprile alle ore 18 -, è una serra e uno spazio incontri realizzata in
bioarchitettura dallo studio di progettazione Arcò inserita nel contesto “green” di Cascina Cuccagna a Milano.
Tramite l’applicazione e i beacons interattivi si potranno avere dettagli informativi, approfondimenti e il calendario delle iniziative previste nella serra e nello spazio workshop. Partner dell’iniziativa sono la rete di Slow Food Italia, l’Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo e il Dipartimento di Architettura e Design del Politecnico di Torino.
L’applicazione, geolocalizzata e interattiva con i beacons installati nell’Hub, consentirà di avere un calendario aggiornato sulle iniziative, sulle anteprime e sugli incontri oltre che informazioni sul recupero dei fondi caffè, sul ciclo naturale di degradazione e compostabilità delle materie e sui principi della Blue Economy, l’economia circolare che consente il reinserimento delle materie esauste nel ciclo produttivo naturale (per esempio, attraverso la trasformazione in compost).
