'T실버보호자' 앱을 별도로 설치하여 T실버서비스와 연결하여 긴급신고 기능을 이용하실 수 있습니다. (연결이 되지 않은 경우 긴급신고시 119에만 통보됩니다)
1. 스마트폰(터치스크린) 사용에 익숙하지 않은 어르신들도 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록, 편리성과 접근성을 강화한 전용 런처
- 화면을 시인성이 높은 색상과 크고 굵은 글자체를 적용해 간결하게 구성
- 정확하게 화면을 누르는 경우에만 동작하도록 하도록 하여 오동작에 대한 불안해소

2. 보건복지부에서 제공하는 응급의료정보, 치매체크, 건강정보포털, M건강보험, M국민연금, 병원정보, 복지시설 등 중장년 고객들에게 가장 필요한 7종의 모바일 앱을 제공되며 응급의료정보는 T실버서비스 설치시에 함께 설치되며 그외 앱은 고객의 선택에 따라 설치할 수 있습니다.
- 응급의료정보 : 상황별 응급처치 요령, 심폐소생술, 위치정보를 기반으로 가까운 응급실/병의원/약국/자동심장충격기(AED)위치 및 명절 연휴기간에 근무하는 병의원이나 약국정보 제공
- 치매체크 : 위치정보를 이용해 자가인지검사, 검사결과에 따른 대처방법 및 치매예방법 안내 등 최신 치매정보 제공
3. 긴급상황 발생시 사용자의 위치정보를 보호자 (별도 앱 설치 필요)와 119에 전송하고 보호자와 자동으로 음성통화가 연결되는 서비스
- 직접신고 : 사용자가 직접 긴급신고한 경우
- 자동신고 : 단말기의 움직임이 12시간동안 없고 배터리가 20% 이하이며 부재중통화가 5건인 경우 (동시조건만족시) 자동으로 긴급신고가 됨
- 원격신고 : 보호자앱을 통해 연결된 보호자가 원격으로 사용자의 긴급신고한 경우
