I was about half way thru my Beta cycle when I decided to create this app. Being in health and fitness most of my life I know workout programs don't work if they are too ridged. The same thing goes for tracking applications!

If you have tried T25 or Insanity, you know it might take some time and effort to progress to the next level/month. You might have to repeat the Alpha cycle 2-3 times before you progress to Beta - that's fine. It's about you! Just export your Fitness Reports, save them, and start over (Export files are formatted for easy printing).

T25 Notebook features include (but not limited to)
- track workout dates not calendar days.
- rate the difficulty level of the workout.
- add a note, a focus point...to each workout - rough day? bad recup?
- view or export Fitness Reports based on your workout data.

Why track it if you can't view it!
- export (all data) to Fitness Report(s) to view or print.
- share your progress!
- standard/metric option (lb/in - kg/cm).

**Most Options Are Available By Longclicking On Workout Row**

- Reminder/Alert. Set and forget a reminder to notify you of your next T25 workout. Options for vibrate and notification sound.

Permission:
Write access to external storage is needed to create a "T25" folder and export your Fitness Reports and STATurday data reports to this folder.
