Take a Good Care APPLICATION description
Introducing first time ever, an application that will assist every individual remain perfectly fit and happy, in terms of mind, body, and health.
With an agenda to curb down highly increasing numbers of patients with problems of asthama, head aches, over stress, blood pressure, fitts, over weight, under weight, pimples, hair fall, over aging, increase of body acid, smoking habits, addictions, old age issues, pregenancy, depression, sugar, diabetes, etc. An app benefitting a kid, a man, a woman, grand fathers, grand mothers, friends, family, office, staffs, seniors, juniors, everyone
It is absolutely harmless for any age group or any criteria.
How to use :
Step 1: keep breathing long and drink 6 to 8 glass of water, everyday right from morning onwards as you start your day.
Step 2: when you are ready turn the app on.
Step3: wait for checks made by app after every 15 mins, with a beep sound, checking if you are breathing long. If yes, continue doing so. Perfect you are on right direction. If not take this sound as warning and you can start now.
Wait for a small tone ringing from app, it is checking if you are drinking water at regular intervals. Almost 2 to 4 litres, per hour. Again if you are doing this already while tone plays, keep doing so. Perfect you are on right direction. If not take this as warning and you can start now.
Step 4: Start again from step 1.
