1. Connect to the Wi-Fi Network or create your own wireless network based on a Hotspot--- of your phone or tablet, using “Network Manger” of Talkie Walkie 2018.
2. make sure that the people around you are connected to the same network you are connected.
3. Now you can use full functionality of Push To Talk in talkie walkie!
