Taris App (Beta)

Taris is the innovative life-saving app - We enable fast first aid in any emergency situation.

Please note: The Taris app will go live as a beta version in the canton of Zurich on the 1st of June. Other cantons and regions in Germany and Austria will follow.

No one is safe from a medical emergency. It can happen to anyone - your mum, your partner, your grandpa, your neighbor or even the friendly woman sitting opposite you on the train. You, too, are exposed to the risks of life. But do not worry - Taris is always with you, ready in your trousers or jacket pocket, ready for immediate use on your smartphone. At the touch of a button, you can alert the emergency services and one or two qualified first responders in the immediate vicinity. In addition, the app itself provides you with instructions on how best to act in the respective situation until the professionals arrive. Therefore, you no longer need to be afraid, we take you by the hand and save their lives, his and yours!

You are now asking yourself: What exactly can our app do?

• With just one tap, you can alert the emergency services - an automated emergency call will then be sent to the emergency services
• Also an automated alerting of first responders in the immediate vicinity
• In critical emergency situations, a second first responder is alerted as well
• Only certified first responders are deployed
• Reanimation support and AED (defibrillator) navigation to the accident site
• Simple and comprehensible recommendations for action for the respective type of emergency - also as animation format
• RoboCall: Artificial intelligence as an automated call to the emergency control centre in critical situations - if you are no longer able to react and communicate, such as when you are unconscious, you too are safe in any situation
• Simulation and training for first responders and members
• Feedback function

We distinguish between members and first responders, each of which has different functions. However, one does not exclude the other, so you can fill both roles.

And what functions do members have?

• Automated alerting of the emergency services and location notification
• First aid guides that clearly show you what you need to do before the professionals arrive
• The creation of your individual contact list, which is automatically notified when something happens to you
• Digitally register your health insurance card and automatically forward it to the appropriate agency - no more searching and rummaging around.
• Automated alerting of a second first responder with location of the nearest defibrillator
• You can enter your individual pre-existing conditions, allergies, medications and other medical matters.

What advantages do first aiders have?

• It is free of charge
• You save lives - and are compensated after a mission (after the BETA phase).
• The location is automatically determined and transmitted - we guide you to the emergency scene
• You can use the offline mode if you are not available for 3, 6 or 12 hours
• In case of an emergency call, you will receive detailed information about the emergency situation and the person concerned
• It is of course voluntary, you do not enter into any obligations - you can process, accept and reject emergency requests received
