About TUF and our online Coaching:
Mick is a Personal Trainer from Newcastle, NSW and is currently studying to be an Exercise Physiologist. He has completed a Certificate 3, 4 and a Diploma in Fitness and has been working in the fitness industry for the past four years alongside Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists and Strength and Conditioning Specialists.
Mick has been involved in boxing for the past 10 years. Firstly, as an amateur where he won numerous NSW titles and as a professional where he became the World Boxing Foundation (WBF) Asia Pacific Champion. Through training for a fight he understand the constant struggle with maintaining motivation and commitment to your goal.
Mick believes exercise should be enjoyed to stay consistent!
Gemma is an Accredited Practising Dietitian currently working in Forster, NSW. Gemma completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle. Since graduating she has gained experience in the hospital setting, rehabilitation, aged care facilities, outpatient, community, home setting, private practice and group nutrition education.
Gemma is a typical foodie who has been bitten by the "travel bug"! She has a passion for immersing herself in diverse cultures, in particularly indulging in the traditional cuisines from around the world. Her goal is to nurture and strengthen valuable change to improve your state of wellbeing. She encourages flexibility when it comes to eating, food needs to be enjoyed!
Gemma believes education is the key to success!
Our Online Coaching app is designed to have 24/7 access to us, Providing you with Nutrition guidance, Exercise programming and anything else you may need to get to your health and fitness goals that you can't with face to face coaching.
