Teenage Rehabilitation Tab

If you are a parent or a caretaker, who needs to manage your teenager's health and wellness after his/her rehabilitation, Teenage Rehabilitation is an easy to use app for you.

Teenage Rehabilitation app enables you to keep a track of your child's physical and emotional health. A Sleep and Diet tracker has been provided along with an Emotional Health record and a Monthly Exercise Log. A Weekly Meal Planner has also been included.

The Sleep and Diet Tracker lets you keep a track of your child's sleeping habits along with your daily meals. Any special pointers can be added alongside the records in the “Notes” section. Keeping a detailed record of your child's sleeping habits can be used to check if any required changes are needed.

Emotional Health sheet focuses on the emotional changes that your child might go through. We feel that Anxiety and Stress are a major cause of concern for many users. A separate section has also been included for you to track your child's mood over time and see if any erratic patterns that exist, which might hint towards a deeper problem. Provision has been made so you can also change these fields to suit your particular situation. The records can be traced on a date by date basis along with their time of occurrence.

The Exercise Log sheet lets you track and summarise the time spent on physical exercise on a weekly basis. Goals can be set on a daily basis, and can be compared regularly using the log sheets.

The Weekly Meal Planner helps you plan and organise meals on a weekly basis. A separate section for “notes” has also been added, to help you write down any important points alongside. A shopping checklist is provided so you can manage your groceries in an organised manner.
