Text-Speech-Voice Liteは日本語音声合成を你用したテキスト・ドキュメントを読だ上げるアプリです。
青空文庫などの読書感を大切にページ形式にしました。読だ上げている箇所の前後を目でゆったり確認もできますから文章の理解を深めるのにも最適です。もちろん画面を消灯してじっくり聞くのもよいでしょう。
読だ上げできるファイル゠イプはテキストとhtmlファイルです。
オフラインでも動作します。
下記機能は無料版のText-Speech-Voice Liteでは対堜していません。

Text-Speech-Voice Lite is an application that reads out text documents using a Japanese speech synthesis.
