The Boss GAME description
”The Boss - var går din gräns” är ett spel utgivet av Arbetsmiljöverket där du får ikläda dig rollen som arbetsgivare och chef, antingen på en restaurang eller på ett bygge. Du ska sedan försäkra dig
om att arbetsplatsen är så säker som möjligt för dina anställda. Samtidigt måste du hushålla med dina resurser, för budgeten är begränsad. Syftet med spelet är att illustrera hur arbetsgivare kan
frestas att kompromissa med sina anställdas säkerhet för att vinna fördelar gentemot sina konkurrenter, och att osund konkurrens leder till att människor far illa. Instruktioner om hur spelet går

Med ”The Boss - var går din gräns” vill Arbetsmiljöverket sprida information om ett allvarligt problem och i förlängningen få mottagaren att tänka efter och ta ställning i frågan.
