Presented to your attention the publication contains a new draft of the Civil Code as amended by the draft federal law "On Amendments to the part of the first, second, third and fourth of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation." This bill was developed on behalf of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in the concept of further development of civil law, and in April 2012 in the State Duma.
