I OWE THE BIGGEST THANKS TO jatx2wne ( Please check out his themes) He is the man for answering all of my questions sending me a new template, being a inspiration to want to even attack themeing, To me he is the best and helps bring the nexus and asop and cm10 have the style that you generally only see in MIUI. I am a lifelong fan of Mr. Eddie Van Halen and this is themed after the legendary Frankenstrat Guitar it has black, light greys, white and of course red in it.
This theme is beautifull!!

This is 4.2.1 ready
This is for CM10 AND AOKP or any custom rom that has theme chooser and is at least CM10 sorry will not work for CM9 if i get enough request i will look into making it available.
HOW TO INSTALL
apply in theme chooser if you get error hit apply any way
Its best to apply system theme reboot then apply THE ERUPTION theme
