We provide clip-in cycling shoes for optimum performance on the bike, later transitioning to barefoot training for the boxing portion of class. These final minutes of class are your opportunity to leave everything on the bag; Our daily lives are packed with responsibilities and commitments to others, but this is our time to give back to ourselves, to overcome physical and mental challenges and find the fight within us.
