Third Eye Meditation

The third eye symbolizes an enlightened state of consciousness through which one can perceive the world. Third Eye Meditation is for heightening your power of perception through mental clarity and acuity. Using your third eye doesn't mean becoming a psychic or developing magical powers, though, as some people think. It actually means having greater control over your mind and emotions. Opening your third eye can give you a deeper sense of intuition about the world around you.
Remember that opening your third eye is a process. Be patient with yourself, and appreciate the project you do make. Use Third Eye Meditation application and feel the power of yours.

How to:

1. Locate your third eye chakra. The third eye chakra is located at the forefront of your brain, between your two eyes. It is right above the bridge of your nose.

2. Choose the right surroundings. (out in nature, indoor, cushion, candels...)

3. Prepare your posture.

4. Choose a meditation object. (does not have to be nearby physically)

5. Pick a mantra. (personal and meaningful to you)

6. Make it a routine.
