Bring back the notification ticker text that was removed in Android 5.0 Lollipop
Android 5.0 Lollipop and above took away the notification ticker text, we're bringing it back!
Just like the pre-Lollipop notification ticker, if a notification contains ticker text, we will show it on the status bar.
