Tiger and Cow

there are two player play against each other. One player controls cows and other control tigers. There are 4 tigers, and when the game start all tigers are placed on the 4 corners of the game board. The game board is a grid that have 4 rows and 4 columns. Player that controls cows side have 12 cows in hand and need to place one by one into the game board until finish. In case, there is no cow is eaten by tigers, cows side win. However, if there is less than 4 cows are eaten, cows side can move up, down, left, right in order to surround all tigers. If all tigers are surrounded and can not move, cows side win. Tigers win when 4 cows are eaten. Tigers can eat cow by jump over the cow. Tiger can jump over when cow and tiger stay near each other and there is a free space after cow. Tiger can move up, down, left, right.
